Episode 20: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Freakin' Movie Review

Buckle up, Fresh Geeks!Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 premiered May 5, 2017! We watched it! We loved it! In this episode, we review it with non-spoilers in the first half, then Learning Time with Guardians of the Galaxy comic origins and the spoilers after that!We also have the final numbers for the weekend. Guardians Volume 2 earned over $145 million in the United States. That makes Marvel Studios' fifteenth straight No. 1 opening at the domestic box office. I'm sure Marvel belongs in Guinness World Records for consecutive number 1 debuting at the top. Vol. 2 also earned $428 million world wide. This makes Marvel's fifth biggest opening and a grand total of $11 billion worldwide since they started with Iron Man nine years ago.We seriously loved this movie!
